Follow the steps below to book your first appointment. If you prefer to schedule by phone please call or text (864) 729-2757.

1. Select “New Patient - Establish Care”, find an available time slot that works for you.

2. Under the question “Are you an existing patient” select “No”.

3. Enter your personal information.

4. Provide any special notes/requests in the “Reason for Appointment”.

5. Enter your credit card to be stored in your Patient Portal.

6. Click “Confirm”.

7. Check your email for your new Charmhealth Patient Portal login details.

8. Once your appointment is confirmed you will receive an email invitation to complete a new patient Questionnaire.
