Schedule Your Appointment

Established Patients: log in to your patient portal to schedule appointments and to communicate with our office securely.

New Patients: to schedule an appointment online you will need to create an online patient portal. If you prefer to schedule by phone call or text (864) 729-2757.

Follow these easy steps to schedule online:

  1. Select “New Patient - Establish Care”, pick your time slot.

  2. Under the question “Are you an existing patient” select “No”.

  3. Enter your personal information.

  4. Provide any special notes/requests in the “Reason for Appointment”.

  5. Enter your credit card to be stored in your Patient Portal.

  6. Click “Confirm”.

  7. Check your email for your new Charmhealth Patient Portal login details.

  8. Once your appointment is confirmed you will receive an email invitation to complete a new patient Questionnaire.
